Welcome to Young Christians (Speak Out)!

I am thrilled that you have come across our website. I would encourage you to take a look around Young Christians, and get familiar with the website. But first allow me to explain the vision of Young Christians starting with our mission statement. Bringing young passionate Christians together, giving them a voice and embracing their talents, to change the world for Jesus.

Our immediate goal is to get Christian youth to live their life for the God that they proclaim is their Lord and Savior. We want to get Christian youth to stop living a mindless life, to show them that they donít have to wait until they are grown up to change the world. We desire to show the youth that they can make a difference, because youth can make a difference. Our society has a great way of telling youth that they are useless until they get older, finish education, and get a job; but itís a lie. Young Christians Step Out! You were not created to live a mediocre life. You were created to be society changers, earth shakers, and kingdom builders. Realize this; you were created in the image of God. You were not created to wander the earth aimlessly, but called to run the race that is set before you. Young Christians Stand Out! Live different than everyone else, live a life like Christís. Stand out from the crowd. Iím not talking just avoiding drugs and getting drunk, but living so radically that the secular world thinks you have lost your mind. Young Christians Speak Out! It is not enough to just act differently but you need to go differently. Make a difference. Shape existence! Work toward changing the world for the name of Jesus, and donít give up until all is accomplished. Wage War: against Flesh, World, Satan! You can do it! Didnít Jesus say that the smallest seed produces the biggest harvest? Didnít Jesus say if you had the faith the size of that seed you could move mountains? Let me ask you this: what is bigger, God or the world? I am assuming you would answer God. So doesnít it make sense then that you live like that? Doesnít it make sense that you fight for the kingdom of God, rather than just living life? God has given you gifts and talents, so doesnít it make sense then that you use them for the glory of the one who has given them to you?

Imagine with me for a moment, that your talent was writing. What if you wrote a letter? A single letter; and letís say this letter happened to be addressing the issue of supermarkets displaying obscene magazines by the cash tills. What if in this article you wrote about how men and woman and society are negatively affected by these magazines. And what if you posted it up on Young Christians, and linked it to Facebook? And what if a hundred other people on Young Christians read it and linked it to Facebook? Then a quarter of everyoneís friends shared it? And some of them shared it, and so on. What if this article became so viral that The New York Times got hold of it, and posted it on their website. Or what if ABC News got a hold of it and sent everyone to Young Christians to read it? What if it got into the hands of the CEO and board members of Wal-Mart? And what if they were so convicted of it that they removed all obscene magazines from the cash tills and only held them in the magazine aisle?

What if you have a talent for writing music, and you wrote a Christian song; and it got put into the hands of Eminem? Or LMFAO?

You see it all starts with something small, with one step, with one person Speaking Out, with one small seed. What if that person was you? And you might be saying, ďWhat can I do?Ē But once again I ask you, who is greater, God or Satan?† If God is for us, who can be against us? What if Jesus gave up before he started? What if on that cross Jesus did call out for the angels to save Him? Every single one of us would still be going to hell. But He didnít give up. He Waged War, against Flesh, World, Satan. We wage war not against flesh and blood, nor are our weapons of warfare of flesh and blood, but we wage war against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, our weapons have the divine power to destroy strongholds.

We want to change the nation for the name of Jesus. Do you want to be a part of it?
